Kathryn A. Formeller

Kathryn A. Formeller is a partner and Co-Chair of the Condominium & Common Interest Community Association Law practice. Her practice includes representing condominium associations and common interest community associations in a variety of areas, including rule enforcement, interpretation of governing documents, review and negotiation of contracts, and collection of assessments. Kat also provides advice to clients on their rights and responsibilities under the Condominium Property Act, Forcible Entry and Detainer Act, General Not for Profit Corporation Act and the Common Interest Community Association Act.

Kathy is a partner and Co-Chair of the HOA/Condominium & Common Interest Community Association Law practice. Her practice includes extensive experience and deep knowledge of all areas of civil litigation, collections, bankruptcy and foreclosures, including a deep knowledge of those laws pertaining to condominiums and common interest community associations.
