Tressler LLP litigators, Jerome Murphy and Matthew O’Malley, recently represented a condominium association regarding a complex contractual dispute over the installation of fire-rated doors and fire sprinkler systems. Serving as Plaintiff’s counsel, Jerome and Matt successfully negotiated a highly favorable monetary settlement for their client in this complex commercial litigation matter involving multiple parties.

Jerome and Matt are childhood friends and attended the University of Illinois College of Law together, graduating in 2014.  Both attorneys said that it was a joy to work with one another on this lawsuit and to achieve such a fantastic result for their client. Jerome and Matt are both based out of Tressler’s Chicago office, and are known for their excellent resolution strategies in litigation, proactive approach and client-focused solutions. Congratulations to Jerome Murphy, Matthew O’Malley and Tressler’s HOA Practice Group on this victory.
